This beautiful sea glass bottle was found on the beach in Rincon, Puerto Rico and was worn smooth by warm tropical seas.
Welcome to my blog. Endlessly inspired by the beauty of sea glass I have spent much of my life wandering the worlds beaches searching for ocean washed glass and other sea changed treasures. Let your inner mermaid shine.
Wow! Remarkable!
ReplyDeleteWhat an amazing find. I am so jealous of your sea glass adventures. Have you ever come to Maine?
ReplyDeleteHi Hannah,
ReplyDeleteI have never been to Maine but I am sure that it is beautiful there!

How fantastic! I didn't even know such an organization existed. Really interesting. I was born and raised in Crescent City, CA. The northern most town in CA, before you enter OR. I've spent a great deal of time on beaches and found bits of sea glass too. I didn't know there were other people who picked up glass like that.
ReplyDeleteIf a Sea Glass Show every comes to the west coast I would hunt it down and go.
Thanks for joining my poetry site, and being into something as interesting as making sea glass jewelery.

ReplyDeleteMy mother would love you. We go to the beach and she always collects sea glass, though most of it is in shards. Last time we went to the beach, we found a "hold fast" which was the first one I've ever seen. We also found a beached baby Leopard Shark, but it was too late for the little female.
ReplyDeleteA mysterious find, that deep blue-purple.
